Refund and Returns Policy
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues
At Anitra Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched. Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible. Multiple cancellations by a customer may lead to their account being restricted.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with labels and receipts intact.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchanges are permitted for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or if there is a size/variant issue.

Items cannot be exchanged for reasons related to color or fragrance preference.
How to Request an Exchange

Log in to your account and visit the Returns/Exchange section within 3 days of delivery, or contact our customer care at care@anitraperfumes.com.

For defective/damaged items, provide clear photographs of the product, label, and a description of the issue.

Once your request is approved, return the product to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the exchange will be processed. Replacement items will be shipped to your address at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 2 days of delivery. Share order details and photographs so our team can promptly resolve your issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us and we will strive to resolve it to your satisfaction with a replacement or store credit where applicable.
